Dr. Paul Rubery
Complex Spine Surgery, Scoliosis & Deformity Surgery

Dr. Paul Rubery is a nationally recognized, board-certified, and fellowship-trained spine surgeon. He specializes in scoliosis and spine deformity in both children and adults and has extensive experience with minimally invasive techniques, spinal trauma and tumors, as well as more complex reconstructive surgery.

As Chief of the division of Spinal Surgery, Associate Chair of Orthopaedics for Clinical Affairs and Associate Professor, Dr. Rubery heads the Spine Center, a multi-disciplinary clinical service where almost 25,000 patients with spine disorders are seen each year. He is a member of many prestigious spine societies and has authored numerous journal articles. In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Rubery has been active in research focusing on applications of gene therapy in orthopaedics.
