? Our Policies?

?

? Appointments

?

? Our providers see all patients by appointment and allocate enough time for each? patient?s problem. Surgical schedules and patient emergencies occasionally cause? delays.?

? If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us ? at least 24 hours in advance? whenever possible ? so it may be rescheduled. This allows us to schedule another? patient who needs medical attention. Our phone number for appointments is (585)? 275-2225. The Appointments Center schedules appointments from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30? P.M., Monday ? Friday.?

? Telephone Calls

?

? During office hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., your doctor?s office will take your call? directly. After hours and on weekends and holidays, you may leave a message that? will be answered the next working day. If there is an urgent problem or emergency,? please call our answering service at (585) 275-BACK (275-2225). In the event of? an emergency, the doctor on call will be contacted. Of note, prescription? renewals will only be refilled by your physician who prescribed that? medication in question during regular office hours. Prescriptions renewals will? not be refilled after hours, weekends or holidays, so please plan accordingly.

?

? Health Insurance and Billing?

?

? If you have questions about your bill, call our Billing Office at (585) 275-2936? and one of our billing representatives will help you.?

If your visit is to be covered by Workmen?s Compensation, this must? be approved in advance by your employer. If you have Medicaid, you must present? a current identification card.?

?

? X-rays and Other Services?

?

? Our sites have been designed and staffed for total care of musculoskeletal problems.? Certain services provided to you during your visit may be billed separately.?

?

? For your convenience, complete x-ray facilities are provided by the Department of? Radiology.
